When items are too much to handle, there’s the option to turn most or all of your assets into cash value quickly and empty out the house. For Clean-outs of this sort we charge an hourly rate and upfront fee.

Estate liquidation is another word for clean out and refers to the process of selling off the personal property of an estate, typically due to the death of the property owner, downsizing, or relocation.

This process aims to convert personal assets into cash to settle debts, distribute among heirs, or prepare for the sale of a property. Unlike individual item sales or auctions, estate liquidation often involves selling the majority of a person's belongings and can be managed by professionals who specialize in organizing and conducting sales.

These sales can take place as auctions, estate sales, direct sales to collectors or dealers, or through online marketplaces. The goal is to efficiently and effectively sell items at fair market value, ensuring a smooth transition for the estate or family involved.

We are unique for the fact we charge less than our competitors, will do smaller estate liquidations and clean-outs, sell the house with a real estate broker or to an investor, and manage and packing for a move. We are an ala carte service unlike any other estate company in Utah.

Can I liquidate a few items and send the rest for donation or consignment?

Yes, we can donate unsold items and do clean outs. We do not offer consignment services nor do we have a store front.

What am I responsible for?

Reach out to us as soon as possible. With all the clutter, we’d ask that you start an inventory and we’ll step in to help you get it polished and pretty. You will need letters of administration, POA documents, or trust documents to show you have the legal authority to hire us. The house and items must have a homeowner’s policy in place before we will conduct a sale. Additionally, we do not do estate sales where the home is sold or a realtor has already been retained.

How to ensure that I am given the proper value on items?

One of the advantages of going the liquidation route for your estate is that we have a wealth of connections to get your items properly appraised and reach the right audience willing to pay a fair market value. The appraisal and pricing of items takes place after you hire us. The goal is to liquidate the estate as quickly as possible. We can not guarantee auction prices where an item sits on market for 12 months but we can guarantee a sale for a great portion of value in a quick time frame.

How many items are covered in a liquidation?

We manage estate sales big and small. We literally can sell all items after family and loved ones have removed property bequeathed to them or that holds sentimental value. If you want to convert 10 items or 1,000, you are looking at a single, stress-free transaction. We will even donate expired food storage!
